Independent — by design. Our team has run production and passed leading-brand factory audits, so we bring operator-level judgment. But we work for you and shortlist suppliers objectively across the supply base, rather than representing one factory or pushing orders to our own.

Do I have to use your suppliers?

No. Suppliers are matched to your specification, market and budget, and evaluated against a transparent scorecard. We don't resell a fixed factory list.

Who owns the tooling and my IP?

You do. IP and tooling ownership are agreed in writing before tooling begins. We help structure the agreement; you hold ownership of your molds and intellectual property.

I've never sourced from China — can I start small?

Yes. Start with a fixed-scope Initial Product Review under mutual NDA. No budget disclosure and no purchase order are required to begin, so you can validate direction before committing.

How does engagement and pricing work?

A scoped review first. We begin with a fixed-scope, fixed-timeline Initial Product Review. Full sourcing or product development is scoped and quoted afterward, with no hidden fine print.

How do you control quality and timeline?

Defined gates, not hope. NPI stage-gates (EVT/DVT/PVT), T0/T1 tooling trials, a supplier scorecard and pre-shipment inspection checkpoints catch issues at specific gates rather than on finished goods.
